The Mugai Ryu Europe Federation
The Mugai Ryu Europe Federation is a non profit organisation, with the target to spread Mugai Ryu and the related stylesGyokushin Shinto Ryuand Tosei Ryuin Europe. The leader of the federation is Luciano Gabriel Morgenstern and the federation is directly under the Mugai Ryu Meishi Ha Soke, Niina Gyokudo Toyoaki.
The domicile of the Mugai Ryu Europe Federation is the Tenshinkai Dojo Koln, former Keizankai Dojo Koln, making Germany the European base for Mugai Ryu Meishi Ha Iaido und Kenjutsu. Although the federation was established in 2010 it has already 17 schools in 7 countries under it:
